Tracey’s relationship with natural health began not in a lab, but in life. Born with asthma and eczema, she quickly learned that while pharmaceuticals could suppress symptoms, they rarely
offered lasting healing.
That understanding, and three decades spent living overseas, shaped her lifelong pursuit of natural solutions. When familiar products were unavailable, she made her own, studying the interplay between plants, minerals, and the body’s chemistry long before “natural wellness” became a trend.
Her approach is deeply holistic: she views health as a dialogue between the body, the environment, and the mind. At Eden’s Foundation, Tracey ensures that every formulation honours that
relationship, marrying natural wisdom with modern insight to create products that are as intelligent
as they are effective.

Elizabeth is a creator of ideas that work. A strategist with an instinct for innovation, she has built and led multiple successful ventures by seeing opportunity where others see limitation.
Her journey to Eden’s Foundation began with a personal challenge: hormonal imbalance, stress, and anxiety, and the decision to seek natural answers rather than pharmaceutical ones.
That decision led her deep into the study of functional mushrooms and adaptogenic botanicals, and to a discovery that would redefine her life.
The results were profound: clearer focus, restored calm, renewed vitality. Recognising that the same
natural intelligence that healed her could help countless others, Elizabeth founded Eden Sanctuary to share this potential, without compromise.
Today, she leads with both intellect and intuition, ensuring every product is pure, potent, and purposeful. Derived only from organic fruiting bodies and balanced by scientific precision, each blend represents her belief that nature’s medicine can be both elegant and effective.
